Kieran has been so perfect in the matter of me buying this property. I bought this property without seeing it and he did everything for me including all inspections giving me a very proper run through of all history of the property, contracting people on my behalf to get more and better information, was good with pricing and fixing all problems I ran into, he was organising everything for me making it easy for me to move forward with the purchase, he is Super easy-going.
