It was definitely a delightful experience with Kiki. The most impressive aspect of Kiki is that she's extremely efficient, my whole buying process was literally within one day! A lot of hard works from Kiki to make that happen, including she visited the vendor at 8pm to complete the contract exchange. She was also a great communicator, a very important role to communicate between the vendor's solicitor and our amateur conveyancer, as well as keeping both parties updated on every stages of the process. (It was all done by herself without any help on that day!) Kiki by far is the best agent I've dealt with, her professionalism, knowledge, and work ethic is definitely second to none, makes her the very best employee that any business owner can ever dream of! She has a great network of helpers and tradies, all of whom can be deployed at short notice to get jobs done and make potential problems go away.
