Working in Real Estate with an office of 200 sales reps, when it came to sell our property, we still chose to go with Kim and ‘Bam’ it was sold, Kim’s done it again! 🙌🏻👌🏻 I bought my unit in Scarborough from Kim just under 4 years ago. Really enjoyed it as a single girl. Fast forward to 2020, time to move on to upgrade into our family house and Kim was the only one we had in mind to sell for us. Timing was not the best, the unit went up on the market the week before Coronavirus hit WA. However, Kim was fast to adapt the market changes and be in control of the challenges. She was honest and direct when providing feedback to us and made sure the property was presented in the best way possible. Within 4 weeks, ‘Bam’ it was sold. There is only one word that comes to mind when I describe Kim's professionalism - impeccable! From when we found our dream home right down to all the finer detail, paperwork, negotiations and really understanding everything we needed to know about the house she was just amazing! She made us feel at ease and never once did I think "are we making the right decision on this house". I loved the way she kept in contact with us all the way through the negotiations, signing, getting the keys and even once we moved in - confirmed our decision was correct!
