We used Kim Bamford to sell our apartment and we were very impressed by her communicate/knowledge and service. She had a lot of great marketing ideas which I believe separates her over other local agents.

Kim was so welcoming and approachable. As with all major investments, there were a few hiccups along the way (titles not ready etc). Kim kept me well informed and explained the processes. Definitely using Kim for all my real estate needs in the future. I don't think there is another agent in Perth that could offer the personal service that Kim does.
