Easy to deal with courteous, listens to needs. Everything that was asked of her was achieved with a minimum of fuss. Advertising and photos were excellent and achieved a quick successful sale. Why pay 3 or 4 percent commission when the same or better results can be achieved with 1.5 percent commission saving thousands. We would recommend Kim to future sellers.
