Kim & the girls were very good right throughout our sale process. Their work ethic & commitment to obtaining the best price for our house cannot be questioned in a challenging and evolving market at the back end of 2022. Despite plenty of wet days for what seemed like all our open homes, Kim, Jen & Cindy stil worked tirelessly opening up thd house & encouraging buyer interest pre inspections. Their communication with us was very good & we were always kept in the loop regarding buyer interest & strategic models to be employed when the market showed signs of being quiet. This did eventually lead to the sale which at the end of the day was a fair price with all conditions considered. Kims’ negotiation skills & commitment to work the buyers is second to none as was her knowledge of the market & the potential buyers who viewed our property. Couldn’t help but be impressed too by Kim’s knowledge of all her buyers in terms of what they have seen, are looking for & what they are prepared to pay.

Making the decision to sell our home we wanted to ensure the agent we chose was professional and would represent our interests as the vendors ensuring we would achieve the maximum price. We attended Open Homes in the area to witness how agents conducted their business. Our first meeting with Kim compared to other local agents led us to believe she would represent us well. We listed our home and the marketing recommended displayed our home to potential buyers very well. Our first Open Home saw many in attendance and the negotiations began. Kim excelled in negotiation to ensure we received maximum sales price in a competitive process. We are extremely satisfied with the services of Kim, Jen and Cindy and would highly recommend them to any potential vendors in the local area.

I spent a long time researching and investigating agents and was excited to be working with Kim. Unfortunately on the day of our house photos (2 days before we were due to hit the market, Kim told me she was going overseas for 5 weeks - our entire campaign. I completely understand agents have lives too and deserve annual leave but it was the deceitful way Kim dealt with this that left such a bad taste in my mouth. She left it until the absolute last minute to tell me so I had no choice but to move forward with McGrath as an agency. The photographer was literally there taking photos of my house ready for them to be put online and she drops that bomb. I was assured Kim would still be our agent and be across the campaign from start to finish. We basically never heard from Kim again. She dropped all communication with us, and left the entire campaign up to her partner agent, Jen Anderson. Kim didn't even call us after the sale of our house to touch base. Embarrassing behaviour for an agent with her "experience". Jen put in a lot of effort for the sale of the house, but If I had known earlier Kim was not going to be around I would have chosen a completely different agent all together. There were other agents I liked as much as Kim and I would have liked the opportunity to use one. After our experience with Kim I couldn't recommend her to anyone. Bad communication, no professionalism, deceitful and dishonest.
