Kim was recommended to us and we interviewed 3 agents and we chose Kim because of what she stood for. The other agents both asked for commissions of over 10% if we hit the higher sold price...Kim held firm and stated she does not need that kind of motivation to sell a home for it's best price and she offered a very reasonable commission scale. She also offered styling for my house and what she and the stylist did was above and beyond what I expected. They supplied all the smaller décor pieces that takes a room to the next level when selling. Kim also relied to all messages and emails very fast and always within a couple of hours - so she was very easy to get hold of and communicate with.

To be honest, one of the things Kim has going for her is the fact that she's female, with great relational skills. Of course the sell is in her own interests, but she understands that clear, honest communication is essential, and she doesn't make you feel like an idiot! Kim sustains a professional appearance and demeanor for buyers. Her styling and stylist are excellent!
