We have had a great experience selling our house. During this time Kim has been calm, positive and supportive. He has always been professional and has informed us throughout the process at all times. We would like to thank Kim for his efforts and would highly recommend him.

Dealing with Kim in the purchase process was very smooth and pleasant. Kim is very responsive and dedicated. A lot of times our communications were out of normal working hours, very late or early, on weekends...I appreciate his guidance on the local market. I would like to work with Kim again if I buy my next property.

Kim came across as an enthusiastic salesperson, happy to greet people at the open home. After the purchase was made official, Kim was even more doting/positive about the house we had secured, which was nice and not at all expected. He performed his negotiating tasks well, not giving anything away (which of course as buyers we found a little frustrating, but that is the job of a real estate agent - to work on behalf of, and in the best interest of the vendors). That being said, we suspect he tried to get a good outcome for all parties involved - it's nice to know that not all real estate agents are cut-throat and only in it for the money - which is a common perception of real estate employees among the general public.

During our dealings, we found Kim to be totally client focused and was very helpful in getting us the right facts and statistics when required. Kim was very quick in coming up to speed on understanding our requirements and in shortlisting the right mix of options. We were quite amazed when he responded to our query after hours and that too on a public holiday - we never expected that. In summary Kim exceed our expectations in all ways of this deal. I had been house hunting for some months and was finding it difficult to find something suitable. Most often agents I met didn’t return my call and didn’t provide any assistance … until I met Kim ! He took the time to really understand the type of property I was interested in, he kept in contact with me and fairly quickly found a property that was exactly what I was looking for.
