I got to know Kim McCotter as an agent helping Sonja Lamberton of Soames Real Estate in the sale of properties entrusted to her. I met Kim at an open house inspection of my property at King Road, Hornsby, the sale of which was entrusted to Sonja. I watched with interest how meticulously KIm recorded the details of every potential buyer. There were over 25 interested parties that went through and Kim with his natural friendly attitude communicated very effectively with all. He was at the entrance to the property welcoming all who arrived and provided informed responses to the various queries raised by the potential buyers. I found Kim to be a very genuine and sincere agent which is can be rare to find. My search was long and I met Kim at a number of properties. At each meeting Kim remembered the other properties I had visited built up his knowledge of what was important for me on my search and made recommendations accordingly. When I finally found the perfect property Kim was tremendously patient with the detailed questions I raised while working through my due diligence on contract and inspection. No question, however naive was ever dismissed. Kim was always prompt returning calls the same day. Post sale Kim kept me up-to-date throughout the cooling off period and went above and beyond in sourcing additional information and photo's for me.
