After negotiating a sale price we were delighted with Kim then further managed the process through building inspections educating nervous buyers on the idiosyncrasies of owning an old queenslander. I truely believe without Kim's extensive encyclopediac knowledge of our area coupled with her expertise with selling older queenslander style homes we may not have received such a fantastic sale price or indeed completed the sale.
