Unfortunately the real estate industry does tend to attract an interesting form of agent, and when we were looking we were against the norm there, considering the amount of money we were dealing with - we didn't want to deal with the sleaze/salesman stereotype. We had met this type many times. We asked friends who had ties in the industry and they recommended Kim. We couldn't be happier... Kim is non-aggressive, although assertive - and has a warmth to her approach with real estate that was highly refreshing. No qualms recommending her!
