When I first asked to inspect the property at Franklin, Kim met me onsite at a convenient time. I liked the place, so I wanted to discover as much as I could during my inspection and Kim was helpful with regard to structural and historical aspects of the property. I enjoyed talking with her as she shared her local knowledge with an emphasis on the Huon Valley community, which was helpful for a new arrival to the district. From there Kim accompanied me through all the stages of the process; meeting the previous owners over lunch, encouraging me to arrange a building inspection, working alongside my chosen conveyancer to ensure that the key was ready to pick up on settlement, and then following up with a courtesy call to see how I was settling in. Perhaps I have been a tad harsh in awarding only 4 stars for the 'negotiation' section included in this review, but that's just me wanting something more. In truth, I am happy with the purchase price and respect that the vendors had clear and realistic parameters for negotiation, which Kim handled in a fair and professional manner. For these reasons I would not hesitate to recommend Kim.

I first met Kim several years ago when I looked at a property at Rileys Creek Road, Geeveston. I found this myself on an internet search and contacted her by email to arrange an inspection. Being a sailor herself, I advised her that I was sailing down from Hobart and that the timing of my arrival could be variable. She was very flexible in arranging inspection. Whilst this property was not what I really had in mind, afterwards I had a talk with her in the Huonville office where I filled her in a bit about my life and what sort of property would suit me. Subsequently she emailed me details of 96 Fairy Falls Road Geeveston. This turned out to be exactly the sort of place I was looking for. Kim is an excellent real estate agent.
