Kim is down to earth and listens to you as her client. She keeps in contact and gives feedback. She sold my place not once, (first sale fell over), but twice - and both times within a day. She made sure to keep me informed at all times and was willing to take my experience living there as a good indication of how the property might sell. She also took time to investigate the township and surrounds, so she could recommend the area from a personal point of view. I would highly recommend Kim.

We dealt with 3 other agents from two other real estates before we met Kim. The other agents were rude, refused to present our offers and were just pushing to sell not caring about what we wanted. Kim knew what we wanted and didn’t push us to view this house. We fell in love with it and the process was very simple.
