Sold a house in Dover almost 30 years ago not sure of real estate agent now but were no help and basically sold house myself after 12 months this time around spoke with Kim and Kim was unbelievable person to deal with pretty much did everything for me explained everything clearly as we went house was sold in 2 weeks all paperwork done by Kim and told where to sign price of home exactly what I asked her to get for me still blown away by how easy this process was made such a lovely person to deal with and I couldn't recommend anyone else more highly was really worried about dealing with selling this house for my mum and looking back I had nothing to worry about thanks so much Kim you were bloody awesome 👌
