I don't believe Kim had a very sound knowledge of the house apart from its obvious floorpan, and neither do I think the selling process was transparent or the advertising accurate so that I had a good understanding of the quality of house I was buying. A real estate agent sets the standard for a selling/buying process, and a quality agent will use their influence to ensure a good process and experience for both parties. As a buyer I feel very shortchanged by the way the house was left for me to move into - it had not been cleaned properly, rubbish left for me to deal with regardless that I had specifically requested these things to be attended to; Things in the house that appear to be ok are actually falling apart, and there is even a blocked drain. So no, I wouldn't recommend this agency, or use them myself again; Overall for me as buyer, a very shabby experience.
