My sister and I met with Kim to discuss the sale of our parents home. The house, purchased in 1963, had been a very happy place for my mum and dad, my 2 sisters and brother, then for 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Kim was very compassionate and understanding of our sadness that the home we had loved most of our lives had to be sold. Auction day, was a fantastic experience for the family, we were so happy to see how many people were interested in owning our house. Kim has been amazing to work with. Before purchasing our home, we first met Kim for a house we were interested in and was going to auction however we had to pull out due to other reasons. At that point she was so understanding, and she kept in touch knowing the area we were looking in, our budget and specifications. When it came to purchasing our home, she was professional, provided all the information swiftly, kept us in the loop with how everything was tracking. This may be an unusual review since I am writing from the perspective of the buyer, but my experience with Kim has been so positive that I am leaving this review :-). Although Kim's job is to look after her vendor's interests first and foremost, she was still helpful, communicative and as open with me as she could be (without breaching confidentiality), during a fast-paced competitive sale of an off-market property. I should note that she also introduced me to that property having identified accurately that it was exactly what I wanted -- so full marks there! Not only that, but she has gone above and beyond during some stressful pre-settlement dramas with a suddenly reluctant lender, providing advice, sharing my annoyance, and generally being a sympathetic ear. She is (even outside of her role as a real estate agent) a genuinely nice human to talk to. I imagine she'd be great at selling your home too!

We bought the property after seeing it just the evening before the auction next morning. Kim organised the visit on an urgent notice and helped answer a lot of questions about the property. Kim is knowledgeable about the property market and is an expert in North Ryde area. Post auction Kim's team provided timely support to make our move easy.
