Kim Toyer-Uttley would have to be one of the most genuine, caring and honest agents I have ever met! Nothing was a problem and no problem too silly for her to answer, even if I felt silly asking it!! She took us through the whole process and notified us about anything at all that had changed or moved along. She was just marvellous. She met with us every week and took us through the progress of the sale from the media and from inquiries to her office. She sat with us until we had exhausted all the questions or options. Selling our mum’s home was a very emotional and stressful event. I wouldn't say that I ecstatic about the final price, it was much lower than we had envisaged, however I understand that the market shifted on us, so we had to role with the punches.
