This is my second time using Kim to sell a home. In selecting her again, I went through a procurement process with four local agents to select the best agent for me at this point in time. Kim is a great listener. She understood my personal situation and provided many options to help prepare my home for sale (and occasionally came to do some of the preparation!) The advertising and promotion had considerably more groups through my home than I expected. She worked very effectively with my solicitor to ensure the individual proposed contract changes could be easily managed. In the week leading up to the auction, we had a long meeting to go through the entire auction process, various ways an auction can proceed, and what options I might consider should those options occur. We also had an excellent conversation about the reserve, which led to an honest and effective reserve. The Auctioneer Kim uses is highly professional in the last two days and had good communications with me about the selling points and any concerns I may have regarding the auction. I believe his great personality and auctioning skills also contributed to the great outcome. Kim was always available for me via messages or phone calls. She also has a great team behind her to ensure that things happen. I cannot recommend Kim highly enough.

Kim took the time to understand the things that made our property special, she provided professional advice, developed a successful strategy and was highly responsive to our needs, the market trends and buyers. She had a great understanding of the area and other properties for sale. Kim kept us informed and was a great communicator. We achieved the higher end of Kim’s initial price estimate and we were very pleased at both the price and with the successful buyers.

However, the queues at our open house and the high number of inquiries disproved their assertion. It became evident that we would not have received the same level of attention from that agent due to their heavy workload. The other agent also proposed an unrealistic price. Kim's pricing expectation was more reasonable and grounded in the area's comparable results. Ultimately, the sale achieved a price at the upper end of the other agent's range. Throughout the campaign, Kim ensured we remained well-informed, providing regular strategy sessions and updates. Her attentive listening, empathy, and inclusion of the entire family eased the stress of the process. Kim's expertise and experience played a pivotal role in achieving the best possible result for our home sale. Additionally, Kim's supportive team was instrumental throughout the campaign.
