Alet and I moved from South Africa 3 years ago. We initially rented properties, but knew the decision to buy a home in Australia was milestone we need to achieve. The market and process was very unknown to us and in many ways scared us. The investment in a home is a material decision and one we did not take lightly. Our lease was ending early Nov 16 and we knew we did not have much time to look for a house due to these timing limitations. We saw 8 Spinel court over the weekend and immediately was attracted to the area and space of the house. From the moment we met Kim at the show house she showed an active interest in making sure all our questions and queries were answered. We requested to come back to the house later that weekend and she arranged at short notice the second visit. In the next few days we signed the contract of sale and as they say this is now history. Kim made sure we fully understood the various aspects of the contract and made sure the process of sale was a smooth one. She helped us navigate through the process of finding a lawyer and even a plumber. Alet and I always felt that Kim gave us her best attention and made sure we were happy with our purchase. When we got the keys Kim was just as excited as us which made the experience that the more pleasing. We have really appreciated Kim's help in securing our first home in Australia. I think without her attention to detail and assistance this would have been a very difficult process and a much more stressful one. The process was as smooth as we could have hoped and we have found a house that we can really call a home that will allow us as a family to continue to enjoy our Australian adventure.
