I and my three children were driving down Banyo streets house hunting and here comes Kim, putting up a " For Sale' sign for the house we eventually bought. She know we were house hunting, waved at us and made us feel comfortable, so parked the car, walked up to her, shook hands, did a quick inspection of the house and made our offer known to her there and then.
