After interviewing multiple agents in the area, I get most comfortable with the no-nonsense marketing direction proposed by Kim. She was very personable and easy to deal with, and was confident pitching a valuation at the high end of those received (some 50k above one agent). Kimberlea and Eliot were both very accommodating in meeting our viewing of the property we were interested in. Also Kimberlea was helpful when it came to signing contracts as it was slightly tricky.
Firstly, I found Kimberlea to be a very happy and kind person which made her extremely easy to deal with. She was also very co-operative regarding my several requests to inspect the property and always did her best to accommodate the times that suited me.
