Kimberley is a lovely bubbly agent. We really enjoyed working with her however other members in the office weren't as helpful and vibrant as Kimberley. She listed our property and then another agent from the office sold it and we didn't enjoy our communications with him and felt he worked more for the buyer than for us as the seller which was disappointing.

I've never sold property before and all my questions were answered willingly etc. Kim kept me up to date with reports etc. a little difficult to get hold of on occasions but this proved she was doing her job and busy etc but got back asap.
