Kip got me into a extremely difficult position selling my house to a investor and delayed settlement by not communicating the terms of sale. When I tried to resolve I had to threaten legal action it was lucky my settlement agent saved the day otherwise I would of been in a messy legal battle thanks to kips incompetence. I would never trust him again.

Kip's service began as being helpful and informative about the process of purchasing a house. He looked out for me to make sure that I wasn't missing anything when inspecting the house and that I had all my ducks in a row. Kip really went from awesome to amazing when Perth went into a sudden lockdown and I was stuck in the Pilbara at work. He facilitated a smooth transition when changing dates for settlement and was more than happy to answer my questions, as I panicked over possibly missing the settlement and final inspection dates.
