Our home wasn't an easy one for Kip being a separation and Kip had the uneasy task of mediating some issues, however Kip made the whole process smooth and the whole time he was upfront, honest and transparent with us as to what to expect. Kip was very informative and thorough in providing a market value for the property and extremely helpful in the process of getting the property ready for sale. We also used a Staging Company for the home open. Kip wasn't left with much time between signing the property to be listed and our first home open (literally 24hrs!), yet he miraculously pulled it off and managed to get 7 couples through the property AND presented us with an offer. Kip got me into a extremely difficult position selling my house to a investor and delayed settlement by not communicating the terms of sale. When I tried to resolve I had to threaten legal action it was lucky my settlement agent saved the day otherwise I would of been in a messy legal battle thanks to kips incompetence. I would never trust him again.
