Born and raised in the Western Suburbs, Kirk was one of the youngest people to obtain a real estate license within the area and his passion for the community and its potential still sits at the heart of his ambition today.
Against the backdrop of enviable growth across the WA Property market, Kirk believes people have never put more value on their homes, the spaces they invest in, and the communities they are a part of.

Having previously lived in London and Melbourne where he worked in Sales and Marketing, Kirk acquired a host of prestigious clients from large property developers to luxury automotive companies - providing him with invaluable insight into strategic marketing and negotiation which continue to thrive at Bellcourt.
In a former life Kirk was a keen rugby player, representing WA in Rugby Union, and he keeps the dream alive today by supporting the game locally. On weekends, you can find Kirk and his family at local Farmers Markets, opening the homes for some of his wonderful clients or tending to his growing vegetable patch and beloved Bee’s, as he deepens his knowledge and passion for sustainability within our homes.
