As I'd never sold a house before she stepped me through the process so I was aware of every aspect, leaving me with no questions left to ask. I knew exactly what to expect as we proceeded to sell. Kirrily was professional all the way through the fast sale of our house and kept us informed every step of the way as settlement proved a little more complex and lengthy than we would have hoped for. Handover at settlement was pretty much non existant due to Covid and a little bit of a let down, a thank you gift would have been a nice touch.
we have just sold our home in NSW and moved to our new home in Hocking WA in June 2021. Having lived in our home for 50 years we didn't really know what was involved!!.
