Kirrily was professional all the way through the fast sale of our house and kept us informed every step of the way as settlement proved a little more complex and lengthy than we would have hoped for. Handover at settlement was pretty much non existant due to Covid and a little bit of a let down, a thank you gift would have been a nice touch.

Kirrily is knowledgeable, friendly, funny but most of all is caring. She made the stressful process of buying a house way less stressful. Super responsive and would be respond to you at any time day or night. She is obviously 100% committed to her job.
