Thank you to Professionals Ryder Real Estate in Melton, and particularly Kirsteen Ryder, for recently selling my investment property in Melton. The property had been on the market for just over 20 months with the property investment company I had purchased it through years earlier. My wife and I have been looking to purchase a property in the Melton area since August 2016. We came across Kirsteen in September 2016 when we saw a property advertised at Rosemont Rise. When we first contacted Kirsteen to arrange an inspection, she was very prompt and flexible to arrange a time that suits us. We inspected the property and signed the contract of sale on the same day at Kirsteen's office. Throughout the deal, Kirsteen was very helpful and responsive at all times.
