In the recent sale of my property, Ryder real estate managed it for @5 years. During this time I found Jayson Ryder a first class property manager who always acted in my interests. I did find the initial management fee a little high but it was comparable to any others anyway. When time came to sell, I found Kirsteen very honest, approachable and pro active in my dealings with her.
