Kirsten was very professional, yet with such warmth and personal interactions with both us, the seller and the prospective buyers. She quickly learnt everything about our property and presented it to buyers with such commitment and energy. Buyers were by appointment only, so she qualified the enquiries and then personally escorted them onto and around our property. We Interviewed 3 Realestate Agents and Kirsten Kark was the only one with a marketing strategy for our rural property. Kirsten personally qualified every buyer enquiry. She made appointments for the potential buyers and attended every buyers visit to our property, Kirsten made sure she knew everything about our property and did searches to validate everything about what we were selling. Kirsten literally walked every potential buyer over every part of our property, answering every question put to her about water, irrigation, bores, fencing - all and everything. One hot Saturday she walked 3 separate buyers over the property individually. Massive effort. She did not falter. Kirsten kept us in the loop about every potential buyer and followed up every potential buyer post inspection. Her communication and feedback was alway professional and superb. Kirsten is extremely honest & genuine - and very funny. We sold equipment separate from the farm - Kirsten handled that too. Kirsten did not sugar coat anything about selling a farm.
