We Interviewed 3 Realestate Agents and Kirsten Kark was the only one with a marketing strategy for our rural property. Kirsten personally qualified every buyer enquiry. She made appointments for the potential buyers and attended every buyers visit to our property, Kirsten made sure she knew everything about our property and did searches to validate everything about what we were selling. Kirsten literally walked every potential buyer over every part of our property, answering every question put to her about water, irrigation, bores, fencing - all and everything. One hot Saturday she walked 3 separate buyers over the property individually. Massive effort. She did not falter. Kirsten showed me through property and was very friendly. I made offer at asking price so no negotiating to be conducted. Contracts drawn up with incorrect bank details. She did give me the details of a very professional pest and building guy at my request. On settlement day Kirsten was too busy to meet me and thus keys for property I purchased were left in a key lock box for me to obtain. No congratulations welcome gift. I would have loved a glass of bubbles after moving house in this heat! Very poor service for the fees they charge. I definitely would not recommend LJ Hooker Gatton!

We liked the house Kirsten had for sale the negotiations were done promptly and we had a contract signed with in an hour of seeing the house.
