Kirsty and team were amazing during the pre-settlement stage. Every question I asked was answered timely and accurate responses. Kirsty was always available by mobile whenever we had questions, and followed up proactively with the pre-settlement inspection etc. We were very happy with the way YPA and Kirsty operate in general (now we are using their property management team). Will certainly consider Kirsty and team first when time comes to sell.
