Kody has now sold 2 properties for me, I can honestly say his service is second to none. As I was not able to be in Townsville Kody did a few little bits n PCs to assist and make the buyer comfortable. As the vendor you know what is happening at all times, no fluffy talk, straight to the point with real information. Would I use anyone else in the Townsville area. Not unless Kody left Townsville.
Kody has been excellent to deal with. We bought the house within hours of it being advertised (un-seen) and Kody answered our questions, responded to calls/texts promptly and had the contract signed by both parties within hours of us contacting him - all on a public holiday.
