Kody has now sold 2 properties for me, I can honestly say his service is second to none. As I was not able to be in Townsville Kody did a few little bits n PCs to assist and make the buyer comfortable. As the vendor you know what is happening at all times, no fluffy talk, straight to the point with real information. Would I use anyone else in the Townsville area. Not unless Kody left Townsville.

We bought the house within hours of it being advertised (un-seen) and Kody answered our questions, responded to calls/texts promptly and had the contract signed by both parties within hours of us contacting him - all on a public holiday. Kody has kept in contact throughout the contract process, arranged an inspection for us after we signed the contract since we hadn't seen the house, answered my questions at the building and pest inspection, and even sent a congratulations text message when it went unconditional.
