Kody is good at his job. But wasn’t to happy with the end result , bought a house and wasn’t cleaned .
All dealings with Kody were good. He was professional and knowledgeable. I was, however, disappointed to learn that property had not been cleaned inside nor had the gardens and weeds been maintained prior to the settlement date. Kody informed myself that the property would get a clean and lawns mowed prior to settlement but this did not occur. Apart from this everything else was really good.
Kody was approachable everytime I needed to speak with him. I found him to be honest and got the job done in a no fuss manner. He's also a very good communicator!
