Kody was very knowledgeable about the property and the area, and he was reliable. He always did what he said he would and was very responsive to any queries we had.

Kody was very easy to deal with and knowledgeable with realistic expectations. He kept us up to date all the way through. Kody even kept us better in formed than our own solicitors with timely updates regarding milestone dates leading up to settlement. Very happy with Kody and his service. I would definitely recommend using Kody.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Made the buying process simple. Also very accommodating and easy to reach.

Made buying our first house nice and easy and was super flexible with inspections etc

Kody spoke to me prior to selling giving me area appraisals and keeping me informed about the market, all in my area over a number of months. He assisted in a very quick and efficient sale, an since I was overseas informed me exactly what I needed to do and sent everything via email which made it easy for me to have it in front of me and all laid out. Couldn’t recommend him more!

Kody was the only person who kept me up to date even before the property went on the market. His professional manner, constant updates and recommendations helped immensely. I can't speak or recommend Kody highly enough. Signed experienced property purchaser/vendor

Kody provided us with the best recommendations to prepare the house to list. His knowledge of the current market was second to none. He is a genuine professional real estate agent with solid genuine advice. I wouldn’t have any issues referring him to manage others looking to sell.

Kody was so approachable from the very beginning, not pushy and listened to us!!!! Kody knows the market and is extremely thorough, nothing is ever too much for him. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting a fuss free sale!!

Kody managed the sale of my property. From the beginning, he was actively involved and provided good advice around improvements I should make to the property to prepare it for sale. He has extensive market experience and knowledge and was very open in his communication with me around price expectations. Ultimately he secured a sale for me within a day of listing the property and it was at the listing price too! He definitely is the preferred go to person for selling your property.

Kody is good at his job. But wasn’t to happy with the end result , bought a house and wasn’t cleaned .

All dealings with Kody were good. He was professional and knowledgeable. I was, however, disappointed to learn that property had not been cleaned inside nor had the gardens and weeds been maintained prior to the settlement date. Kody informed myself that the property would get a clean and lawns mowed prior to settlement but this did not occur. Apart from this everything else was really good.

Kody was approachable everytime I needed to speak with him. I found him to be honest and got the job done in a no fuss manner. He's also a very good communicator!
