Kody was so attentive and helpful from the very first message I sent, he replied quickly and got us into the house for a look within 48hours. He not only answered ever silly question I had but explained everything in easy to understand terms, answered all messages and emails quickly and in general was super friendly and lovely to deal with. Even with the banks being crazy busy and us having to ask for multiple extensions because of that, he took everything in stride and was so helpful talking to the sellers to keep them happy. If I could rate Kody 10/5 stars I would, We immediately decided to use him to sell the home we were moving out of and will be contacting him in the near future to sell our investment property as well!
