My experience selling really couldn’t have gone smoother. From first meet, Kody gave me feedback on how I should display my home for the best chance of sale. When thinking of selling our property I met with 5 agents. Kody instantly stood out with prior research done, market knowledge and his friendly and personable approach. Though our experience was not as smooth as we would have hoped, I could not have asked for a friendlier or more helpful agent to help us through it.
