When thinking of selling our property I met with 5 agents. Kody instantly stood out with prior research done, market knowledge and his friendly and personable approach. After such a great start to our campaign, we had the unfortunate experience of having two contracts fall through due to lender finance. Kody went above and beyond performing open homes each weekend and doing many personal inspections for potential buyers instead of making them wait for the next open house. He worked ridiculous hours answering enquiries at all hours of the night, doing after hours viewings, and also communicating with us and answering any questions or concerns I had. Kody was always professional and reliable, and when our contracts fell through he was understanding and helpful, and ready to jump straight back in. Though our experience was not as smooth as we would have hoped, I could not have asked for a friendlier or more helpful agent to help us through it.
