Kody made the effort to make contact and follow up with details. He was a pleasure to work with. In Townsville, the Real Estate market is absurd in regard to service. I generally text agents as calling them usually interrupts client time, so I texted nine agents about various properties and TWO got back to me. To this very day, still only two got back to me, one being Kody. One of them I text twice and called twice leaving messages, but still no response. After calling another one three times he finally called back and showed me through the house, and I made an offer which he said he would take to the client. That was three weeks ago and he has not responded to me. I am really perplexed about this. We have even had agents from a specific agency sell properties for less than what we offered! The games that must be played by agents is scary and sellers really need to know about it. You have a massive opportunity here for professional, motivated agents like Kody. Townsville is full of lazy, ignorant agents that just don't do the right thing by the buyer or the seller. Well done to Kody.
