We are highly disappointed with the service. We signed an unconditional contract to purchase a property in the Wishart area, which was advertised by Kosma. Before signing the contract, we clearly requested Form 21. However, after signing, he and his team refused to provide it. The property does not have the required legal documentation, including Form 21. We are now going through a very difficult time. When we approached him about this issue, he simply stated that it is an unconditional contract and he cannot help. He also mentioned that he has sold several properties without providing essential legal documents such as Form 21. Other than selling properties and making money, I strongly believe there is no ethical conduct, and he does not consider the interests of the parties involved. I strongly suggest that clients be extremely cautious when dealing with him, his team, or LJ Hooker.

Kos has to be the best real estate agent in the business. From beginning to end I was convinced of his comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the housing marketplace. It was a pleasure working with Kos and his team. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to sell a house as he definitely captures and maximizes the true potential value of properties in this current market. Interviewed 3 agents and Kos was the only one that listened to us. Other agents failed that basic requirement. Right at the start this enthusiastic person gave us all the info we required including sales in our area. Right along he kept our stress under control He explained why we need to auction and the result showed that he was right. The go to guy for real estate thats for sure. Kos sold my home for a great price prior to auction during covid lock down. While it was the end of the world for some Kos got us the price we wanted and within days! I would highly recommend Kos to anyone looking to sell.

In our first meeting with Kos he saw we were feeling overwhelmed with preparing the house for sale. He allayed our fears and the infamous Marty in Kos’ team jumped in to help us out with organizing the necessary tradies to get us on the right path. It was so refreshing to have a list of quality tradespeople we could call on to carry out the touch ups we wanted. Another stand out quality was the teamwork and rapport Kos has with his team. I’ve found this is hard to find and was so easy to work with all three. Kos’ experience in managing auctions shone through when discussing summaries of our weekly open houses and how an auction campaign is conducted. He never gave us false, lofty hopes and was conservative with his estimates on potential sale prices. My advice is if Kos suggests tweaks and changes to your house prior to selling, trust him and do it. He knows what buyers are looking for and what your house needs to bring it to its potential.
