We found Kosma through “open agent” website. In overall we are happy with our choice, with a few issues we had along the way of our journey. The most disappointing was a miscommunication between two agents when one agent went on holidays and another was not informed in full details on what we discussed initially as a sell strategy. On the other side the agents communicated well with our tenant during the selling process and provided us with a regular progress updates.
