We live overseas and he managed absolutely everything, ie, styling, photography, advertising, viewings, negotiations but also remedial work that needed attending to for the house and garden, eg, lawn replacement and maintenance,, pool safety certificates, light bulb replacement. Since we built the house 7 or so years, Kosta is the only real estate agent that has maintained contact and kept us abreast of Adelaide prices, checking to see if and when we were ready to sell…he was a obvious first choice.
