I asked for several upgrades to be done to my house. That's not necessarily an easy thing when a house is already under construction the builder is working hard to stick to a deadline. Kosta worked with me very courteously and professionally to see that all of these upgrades were implemented. My communications with Kosta were responded to in a timely manner. Also, regular phone calls from him throughout the process gave me a level of comfort that he cared, even after the contract was locked-in. Generally, the feeling that I got working with Kosta was that he was fair and balanced, and did everything he could to look after me. This was in sharp contrast to earlier experiences I had with some agents who left me feeling manipulated and like I didn't matter.
