They are all very professional and the work have been done nice and quickly. while I was overseas, Kosta also helped as a door keeper. While the house was on market, we have lots negotiations and I was kept updated with the buyer`s information and thoughts. So we have a happy ending, I `m satisfied with the buyer and the final price.

He always found time to visit the site repeatedly at my request, dropped off samples at my previous residence, and met me near my workplace, for my convenience. I asked for several upgrades to be done to my house. That's not necessarily an easy thing when a house is already under construction the builder is working hard to stick to a deadline. Kosta worked with me very courteously and professionally to see that all of these upgrades were implemented. My communications with Kosta were responded to in a timely manner. Also, regular phone calls from him throughout the process gave me a level of comfort that he cared, even after the contract was locked-in. Generally, the feeling that I got working with Kosta was that he was fair and balanced, and did everything he could to look after me. This was in sharp contrast to earlier experiences I had with some agents who left me feeling manipulated and like I didn't matter.
