It was a fairly long process we put ourselves through to decide which agent to go with. Out of the 4 we shortlisted and a bit of analysis, discussion and (hard!) negotiation, we finally picked Kostya. We had been impressed with his reactivity and calm confidence in his ability to work hard to achieve a good result. We certainly weren't disappointed with our choice. He remained reactive, created a fabulous video for marketing and showed great persistence and professionalism in dealing with our potential buyers (having chatted with some buyers about him too). Kostya was thus a pleasure to deal with and importantly got us a record price well above our expectations at the auction! Next time (if we ever have to sell again) we'll save ourselves from that horrible shortlisting process :)
