We engaged Kostya to sell our house in Latham as he had sold us our new home in Casey. We found his professional and honest approach a refreshing experience . His candid approach and valuable advice made us feel very comfortable in both the purchasing experience and that of selling our house in Latham. At all times through our experience, Kostya and his able assistant Drew were up front, honest and ethical in their advice and recommendations in a field we had not taken part in for 42 years. We are very happy about the final result of buy and sell, moving on to our new future and possibly our forever home. Kostya and Drew were always available for reassurance and silly questions we had. We could n to have had a better experience.
