What I liked about Kostya was that he gave me a realistic appraisal of my property which I wanted right upfront. He was also responsive to my calls and texts and answered all my questions. He listened to my concerns and the parameters that I was prepared to work with and made some recommendations. The results speak for themselves and exceeded my expectations.
