Kostya provided advice on tradesmen to help with small renovations without any indication from us that we would be signing with him. Kostya outlined what to expect and made sure we were fully informed before asking us to make a decision on every aspect of the selling process. Communication was very easy and straight forward. Kostya was very responsive with answering calls and responding to messages. We would highly recommend Kostya to any seller or buyer particularly in the Palmerston area.
