I had an incredible experience working with Kostya to sell my apartment in Lyneham. I initially considered working with him as he had sold a similar property in the same complex at the highest recent price. After meeting with him, I immediately signed on: Kostya was both very warm and professional, gave great advice and was obviously very knowledgeable. He was confident yet was honest and realistic about pricing as well. He organised a mini update of my apartment (including painting, carpets, blinds and down lights), and we ended up selling my apartment within 6 days of the first listing. We also got the new highest price in the complex, beating his last sale. I absolutely recommend Kostya as a real estate agent in Canberra and I’m very grateful for all his work.
