From the very first meeting with Kris my daughter and I were made to feel completely at ease. The nerves were placed in the background and we were able to speak about our home and the way forward to best market and hopefully confirm a sale, with a peace of mind hard to explain. Within minutes of first meeting Kris I knew I had found the best agent to partner with us in selling our house. There was no need to meet any other agents. Kris read my style very quickly - I like to get down to business and was interested in the practicalities of what is happening in the market in our area. I was not subjected to a long sales pitch as to why I should work with Kris and Harris Realestate, I wasn't asked to look at trends, styles of marketing etc. In preparing our home for a fast sale Kris had arranged for the Casey Brothers to meet with me over the next 24 hours to plan and quote the works that needed to be done in tidying up some of the tasks that had been neglected.
