To start at the end - we were thrilled with the outcome of a pre-auction sale with an offer much higher than we expected- all thanks to Kris' hard work and commitment! We interviewed a number of agents and also got a know a few as we were buying in parallel to selling. Kris was by far the most responsive beyond the initial meeting and continued over an 8 month period to keep in regular contact constantly checking in to see if there was any support she could offer. Being informed is something we value and Kris was the most prepared at the initial meeting as well as the only agent to offer weekly reports throughout the sale campaign with updates against each potential buyer/person attending inspections. This diligence and communication was greatly appreciated as we have seen other agents who wait for the buyer to chase them and therefore miss the best offer. Kris' attention to detail when it came to setting up the house for photos and opens was of such value and her commitment to not stop until we got things right was greatly appreciated. Her hard work throughout the whole campaign clearly had an impact to the final result. Last, but by no means least, Kris is just a delight to work with. Genuine in her dealings with people and is truly committed to working hard to achieve the best outcome for her clients. I would recommend Kris to anyone and we will use her again in the future!
I asked my friends for recommendations about agents when it came time to sell our family home. I spoke with three agents, got appraisals from two of them, and from there choosing Kris Casey was an easy decision. Her communication style is friendly and approachable, she's easy to relate to and prompt with follow ups. Perhaps best of all, her assessment of our home and how to market it was spot on.
