We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Kris for the sale of our Amaroo home. We selected Kris from a raft of other agencies hoping to obtain the sale. Reason for this comes down to Kris’s ability to maintain long lasting relationships with potential clients through outstanding customer service and a general approach of actually “caring”. We met Kris through multiple open homes as potential buyers, and we can say with hand on heart; he is the only agent who actually maintained consistent contact with us through our buying journey, even just touching base with us regularly for a chat. Although we did not obtain the sale price we were initially anticipating, this is no means a reflection on Kris and his ability as an agent (rather the market). We in fact believe we would have obtained a much lower price if it were another agent. He was on time, respectful, direct to the point and most importantly transparent and realistic.
