We highly recommend Kris & Stone for his knowledge in the local area and their professionalism. Kris was very helpful to make your selling process goes smoothly without any hassle. We appreciated Kris & Anna with their timely reports on the selling progress that help us to have the idea of where we are in the market.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Kris Hellier while searching for my new home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From our first meeting, it was clear that he was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect place Kris took the time to understand my needs and preferences, which made the search process not only efficient but also enjoyable. He provided valuable insights about different neighborhoods and was always available to answer my questions, no matter how small. What really stood out was his commitment to me as a client. He went above and beyond during negotiations and was always there to offer advice and support. I felt like I had a true advocate on my side. Thanks to [Agent's Name]'s expertise and dedication, I found a wonderful home that fits my needs perfectly. I highly recommend [him/her/them] to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. You won't be disappointed!
We highly recommend Kris Hellier and Stone Gunghalin team for the exceptional service. Kris assisted us in selling our home despite two other properties listed for sale on our street. We appreciated the timely updates that we received first thing each morning. He offered insightful advice while consistently protecting our interests from start to finish.
This is the second time we have engaged Kris and Anna from Stone Real Estate to market a property for us. Once again, the team did not let us down. We are A.C.T " Ex Patriates " and have moved to northern climes, adding an extra level of complexity to selling our property in Canberra. Kris put us at ease immediately, as we expected. He was also honest and unambiguous in relation to the marketing of our property, as it was reasonably unique in the marketplace. The property itself did not have a large number of similar properties to compare it to. Kris and Anna's constant communication with us left us in no doubt that they would market the property at that highly professional level we would expect from them. Nothing was of any bother, and we knew that if anything was to occur concerning the property it would be conveyed to us immediately, and if the need arose, it would be rectified. He was on the phone and text to us at every venture letting us know how open homes, negotiations and market trends were going. We were never left wondering or seeking answer to questions. His passion and integrity for his work, and his engaging communication style had us in a very informed and relaxed state of mind, knowing he was working his, (you know what), off for us! Simply put, he knows his stuff, and he is very good at it. The quality and professionalism of the marketing strategy not only saw the property subject to an accepted offer in a very short time, but it has also given us some magnificent memories (Styling/Market photography) that we can treasure always. We cannot speak highly enough of the service that Kris and Anna have provided us in the sale of our property. We would actively seek to engage them again, and we would encourage any others to do the same, you will not be disappointed.
Kris was super helpful and a pleasure to work with. He gave us great support in the months leading up to us buying a new house with valuable advice and insight and nothing seemed an issue. There was no doubt that when it was our time to sell that we would not go Kris as our agent. Our selling process with the help of both Kris and Anna was easy, quick and stress free due to their hardwork, knowledge and friendliness.
Kris has been a great help through the journey of buying my first home. His authenticity and calm nature made it very easy to work with him and I much thank him for his support throughout this process.
Kris has profound knowledge about the Canberra real estate market especially of Gungahlin and surrounding areas. He analysed the market with us and his forecast is accurate. He’s a very professional expert in the industry, smart, genuine, trustworthy, diligent and always patient. Kris is very reliable and great doer. He advised renovation choices and recommended reliable tradesmen when we could find any or the price was too high. Kris is a great organiser and excellent communicator with all different groups of people and did a lot of things behind the scene. My friend recommended Kris to me and I have recommended and will continue to recommend Kris to everyone thinking of selling their houses.
Kris was great from the get-go. He provided market advice, and was patient with us as we decided how to progress. Him and Anna always provided timely updates, and in the end we achieved the result we were hoping for. Thank you to Kris and Anna.
Kris helped my wife and I purchase our new family home in MacGregor. During this time he proved to be very approachable, happy to answer any question we had during the negotiations. Going above and beyond. Thank you Kris and team!
Anna and Kris were very responsive throughout the process of purchasing, and we will have no hesitation working with them again in the future.
Having benefited from the service of Kris and Anna previously, with the sale of our old house, we had no hesitation in going straight back to him and his team @ Stone Real Estate, to sell our investment unit. As expected, the engagement from beginning to end was professional, practical and results driven, using Kris's market knowledge and his extensive network within the business to help in the sale of our property. Kris was insightful with his feedback and honest with the appraisals, building on the trust we had already built with him and Anna, whilst keeping us informed throughout the whole process. Ultimately the results speak for themselves and in what is currently a tough market with plenty of competition, Kris was able to secure a good sale which was positive for all parties involved. I would not hesitate to recommend Kris, Anna and the Stone Team for any property sales, especially if your after a quality and personalised experience!
Kris is amazing to deal with, this is the second time we have used kris and he did a fantastic job again, considering he secured a suburb record first time around. He was able to secure this sale within a week in a tough market. Kris's knowledge of the market gives you confidence to use the correct sales & marketing process to achieve you desired results. I can highly recommend Kris and his team to anyone looking to sell their property.
